Learn about management and delivery of sports, music, arts and cultural events, community festivals, meetings, conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows. Get a solid business degree by studying accounting, marketing, business law, tourism, project management, entrepreneurship and economics. Career opportunities
Graduates will be prepared to work in business, government and non-profit sectors. Work with events organisers, festivals, venue operators and events service providers, destination marketing, and venue operators on sports, arts and community events.
As part of our commitment to innovating curriculum design and development, we have recently appointed several Work Integrated Learning Coordinators at our Melbourne and Regional campuses. Work integrated learning means you’ll get to apply your skills in the workplace, as you study. You can earn credit towards your degree through work placements or simulations. Work integrated learning is endorsed by the Federal Government and industry groups such as the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It will assist to increase your employability potential when you graduate.
Overseas study opportunities
Gain valuable overseas experience by taking part in a short-term overseas study program with one of our 100 partner universities in over 30 countries. Or spend 6–12 months in a student exchange program in destinations like Canada, the US, South America, Europe or the UK.
